1. نطاق هذه الشروط

تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدامك لموقع بيك يارد وما يُقدَّم عبره من نماذج تواصل ومحتوى تعريفي. باستخدامك للموقع أو بإرسالك طلبًا عبر نموذج التواصل، فأنت تقرّ بأنك اطّلعت على هذه الشروط ووافقت عليها.

هذه الشروط تخص الموقع وحده. أي ارتباط تعاقدي بينك وبين بيك يارد على مشروع محدد يحكمه عقد أو عرض سعر مستقل يُوقَّع بين الطرفين، وهو الذي يسري عند أي اختلاف مع ما ورد هنا.

2. استخدام الموقع

• الموقع مخصص للاستخدام التجاري المشروع والتعرّف على خدمات بيك يارد.
• لا يجوز محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به إلى أي جزء من الموقع أو خوادمه، ولا استخدام أدوات آلية لسحب محتواه أو إرهاق موارده.
• لا يجوز إرسال محتوى مخالف للأنظمة أو منتحل لصفة غيرك عبر نموذج التواصل.
• نحتفظ بحق تعليق الوصول إلى الموقع أو تعديله أو إيقافه في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

3. الملكية الفكرية

الشعار والاسم التجاري والهوية البصرية والنصوص والتصاميم وعناصر الواجهة في هذا الموقع مملوكة لبيك يارد، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة نشرها أو استخدامها تجاريًا دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

الصور المعروضة في قسم الأعمال وأسماء وشعارات شركاء النجاح تعود لأصحابها، وتُعرض هنا بصفتها نماذج عمل أو إشارة إلى علاقة قائمة، ولا يُفهم من عرضها أي تنازل عن حقوق أصحابها.

4. البيانات التي نجمعها

لا يطلب هذا الموقع أي بيانات إلا ما تُدخله بنفسك في نموذج التواصل، وهو: الاسم، والبريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الجوال، والخدمة التي تهمّك، ونبذة مشروعك.

يُستخدم ما تُرسله لغرض واحد: الرد على طلبك ومناقشة مشروعك. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية.

يحفظ الموقع في متصفحك تفضيلين اثنين فقط: اللغة التي اخترتها، والمظهر الفاتح أو الداكن. يبقيان على جهازك ولا يصلان إلينا، وبإمكانك مسحهما من إعدادات متصفحك في أي وقت.

5. حقوقك على بياناتك

• لك أن تطلب نسخة مما لدينا من بياناتك.
• لك أن تطلب تصحيحها إن كانت غير دقيقة.
• لك أن تطلب حذفها متى انتهت الحاجة إليها.
• لك أن تسحب موافقتك على التواصل معك في أي وقت.

7. حدود المسؤولية

نبذل ما في وسعنا ليبقى محتوى الموقع دقيقًا ومحدَّثًا، غير أنه يُقدَّم للتعريف بخدماتنا ولا يُعدّ استشارة تسويقية أو تقنية أو قانونية مُلزِمة. أي التزام مهني من بيك يارد يبدأ من العقد الموقَّع لا من صفحة على الموقع.

8. تعديل الشروط

قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. يُثبَّت تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة، واستمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد التحديث يُعدّ موافقة على النسخة السارية.

These terms govern your use of the PickYard website and of the contact form and introductory content offered through it. By using the site, or by sending a request through the contact form, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them.

These terms cover the website alone. Any contractual relationship between you and PickYard on a specific project is governed by a separate signed agreement or quotation, and that document prevails wherever it differs from this page.

2. Using the site

• The site is for legitimate commercial use and for learning about PickYard's services.
• You may not attempt unauthorised access to any part of the site or its servers, nor use automated tools to harvest its content or exhaust its resources.
• You may not submit unlawful content, or impersonate anyone else, through the contact form.
• We may suspend, change or withdraw the site at any time without prior notice.

3. Intellectual property

The mark, the trade name, the visual identity, the copy, the designs and the interface elements on this site belong to PickYard and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without prior written permission.

The photographs shown in the work section, and the names and logos of our success partners, belong to their respective owners. They appear here as samples of work or as a reference to an existing relationship, and nothing in their display waives any right of their owners.

4. The data we collect

This site asks for nothing beyond what you enter into the contact form yourself: your name, your email address, your mobile number, the service that interests you, and a note about your project.

What you send is used for one purpose: to answer your request and discuss your project. We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with any third party for marketing.

The site stores two preferences in your browser and nothing else: the language you chose and the light or dark appearance. Both stay on your device, never reach us, and can be cleared from your browser settings at any time.

5. Your rights over your data

• You may request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• You may ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.
• You may ask us to delete it once it is no longer needed.
